Sonja Gerersdorfer
As an occupational psychologist, consultant and keynote speaker, Sonja advises companies from a wide range of industries, gives lectures and workshops, and is also a manager herself. Positive leadership and modern, healthy working environments are among her areas of expertise. In The Concept Show, she combines her professional know-how and practical experience with her passion for acting and singing. Warmth and humour characterise both her work and her stage presence.
Gerald A. Hollaus
Gerald is a successful serial entrepreneur, consultant, keynote speaker and passionate change manager. During his doctoral studies, he focused intensively on change leadership and communication. In The Concept Show he combines scientific depth, practical experience and his enthusiasm for music and the stage. With his engaging style and keen sense of dynamics, he brings even complex topics to life in a way that is understandable and entertaining.
